Campfire S'mores

S'mores Cookie Ingredients

• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

• 1 cup packed light brown sugar

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheets, crushed)

• 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

• 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (or larger marshmallows cut into pieces)

  Chocolate chunks, gooey marshmellow icing and graham cracker bits baked into a soft cookie that taste just like a fireside treat.
